Ahhhhhh! (sigh)

This is exactly what I needed! A SNOW DAY! We haven't had snow in who knows how long, let me think, ummmm...its been so long I can't even remember the last time I had to shovel the driveway. The snow brought out some excitement in me and I've had a sort of giddiness all day :) Lately I've felt so overwhelmed, but unproductive. Today was great to just have a day to myself and re-charge. I worked half a day and finally felt organized and sorted out on a couple projects that have been giving me frustration over the last few weeks. It has been a nice learning experience and in hind sight, it wasn't that bad. I came home and luckily my little Saturn is a rockstar and made it all the way - slowly but surely. Having no obligations (YESSSS) I sat down, snuggled up on the couch and finished up my book! When I finished up my book, I shoveled the driveway - there has to be 10" on the ground by now. Being a snow day, I think of everything I have done at this point has been perfect for a snow day, but one thing was missing...baking! So much fun - I made gigantic oatmeal chocolate chip cranberry cookies. And that is what you call a day of satisfaction! <3
