Why is it that we don't want to be judged ourselves but we are judgemental of others? It may just be a difference of what WE would do compared to what someone else would do in a certain situation, not necessarily judging another person.
But are we REALLY so concerned when we are being "judged" by others? Usually our insecurities are brought on by none others but ourselves. We are our own number one critic. Maybe the most likely the reason you are judging yourself is because you think someone else is judging you and you don't like that characteristic about yourself.
Something I am slowly learning is that before others can be truly accepting of me, I have to be accepting of MYSELF.
