2010 Year in Review

I like to do this every year when I remember...this little survey will help me wrap up the year of 2010 - Holy shit, I can't believe its gonna be 2011! 2010 was a fantastic year!

1) Where did you begin 2010?: At the Takaka campground in New Zealand. The kiwis we met that night were a fun group of fellas. Maybe we will see them someday in 2012 when they plan on visiting Vegas - "Have you seen the Hangover?"

2) What was your status on Valentine's Day?: Married to Garrett still <3

3) Were you in school (anytime this year)?: nope.

4) How did you earn your money? Doing some contract work with EES then eventually hiring on in July.

5) Did you have to go to the hospital?: no

6) Did you have any encounters with the police?: not that I recall - I know, I sound boring - no hospital OR police? (same response as the past years' reviews!)

7) Where did you go on vacation?: Life was a vacation this year :) NZ, Fiji, San Diego, Austin, Lake City, New Mexico, Las Vegas (Baby!)

8) What did you purchase that was over $1000?: Paid off Garrett's Truck and our Timeshare! BIG SMILEY FACE HERE :)

9) Did you know anybody who got married?: Nate and Brooke, Sarah and Mike, Nao and Caer

10) Did you know anybody who passed away?: Caer Takano :(

12) Did you move anywhere?: From parent's to parent's to parent's to parent's, then back into our house in June!

14) What concerts/shows did you go to?: Mayer :) BEP's! MHMF :) Sara B.! Had to skip out on a lot of shows this year since we were a little short on funds, but still hit up some great music!

15) Are you registered to vote?: Sure am and had to change my name too

16) Where do you live now?: Highlands Ranch, CO

17) Describe your birthday?: Food? Presents! Too long ago to remember...I must be getting old..dammit!

18) What's one thing you thought you'd never do but did in 2010: Snorkel in Fiji, actually, GO to Fiji - ahhhh pillow top

19) What has been your favorite moment?: Setting a PR at the Denver Half Marathon 2:00:50 baby!

20) What's something you learned about yourself?: I didn't lose all my climbing strength when I spent 10 weeks training hard for my half marathon

21) Any new additions to your family?: No, not the immediate family anyway

22.) What was your worst month?: Well, none were really terrible - why would we want to remember our worst month?

23.) What music will you remember 2010 by?: Katy Perry and weird...Train (a little embarassed, but everyone has a guilty pleasure, right?!)

24) Who has been your best drinking buddy?: Garrett? lol

25) Made new friends?: yes, lots of fun new people I work with at EES

26) New best friend?: Still have the same best friends - can't let those go - they are hard to find

27) Favorite Night out?: Of course it involves Marian again! ;) The BEP Concert last march with Andie and Marian, then Beta and almost getting in a chick fight.
