So Much To Be Thankful For

As we take time off work to celebrate our National Thanksgiving Holiday, I'm sure I'm not the only one to reminisce about what I'm thankful for. Of course I'm thankful for the big things - family, friends, health, my husband, my job, overall - how fortunate I am. But here are some of the more specific things I am thankful for. Eric Tuin - for giving me a chance out of college to show my potential in the professional engineering world. Thank you for showing me the ropes. My Gold 1996 Saturn - for providing me with 10+ years of awesome service. Thank you for giving us an average of 35 mpg and rattling past 215K. Cupcakes - for being oh so tasty and giving me a lift on not oh so good days. House - for providing me with years of entertainment in only a few months. Or should I be thanking DVR? Music - no reason necessary. McDonalds - for providing me with a job. No, I'm not flipping burgers or taking drive-thru orders, I'm designing their sites to construct new restaurants. I'm lovin' it!
