New Zealand - Coming to an End

Although we are really excited to see our family and friends and be home sweet home, we are also kind of sad we are leaving such an incredible country. New Zealand is an amazingly beautiful place with friendly locals (and lots of fellow tourists!). We've really enjoyed our time here.

The last few days we weren't interested in driving around anymore to see all the sights, so we decided to check out another small climbing area called Wharapapa South - pronounced fa-ra-pa-pa (?fa?). We still can't figure out more of the pronounciations around this place! The rock is volcanic ash with lots of pockets and a days worth of fun routes. We camped in the 'friendly' school's playground where we played on the flying fox zipline where in America, would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. We had fun on the moderate climbs and will finish our New Zealand trip with tender finger tips.

Tomorrow we will fly 3 hours to Fiji where we'll be taking a vacation from our vacation (or 'holiday from our holiday' as they say here). Westin Resort, bed, TV, beach, and pool - here we come!!!
