Slackmode 101

In honor of the new school year, I'm offering you a special lesson - SLACKMODE 101! I've been in slackmode for a few weeks, going on a month now. I've been slacking on almost everything I do for various reasons. Think you don't have any reasons to slack? THINK AGAIN my friend! Its a simple process, just follow these steps:

1. Press Snooze on your alarm more than once every morning
2. Don't perform any type of exercise, at least four times a week
3. Eat as much as you can every time you sit down to eat
4. Watch more TV than the average American watches every night (that is A LOT of TV)
5. Don't call your friends, email your friends, go on myspace and facebook but don't comment anyone, and don't post any blogs to update anyone on what you've been doing - wait, I haven't been doing anything!

See - its that easy!

OK OK - I haven't been slacking THAT BAD, seriously! My life has just calmed down, along with the heat (thank goodness). So, since it has not been so busy, like it was in June through August, I just feel like a slacker, I'm not really one. Some fun things I have been doing include:

The BEST girls backpacking trip - Conundrum Creek Trail up to the hot springs

A trip to the Sand Dunes National Park (shout out to Gweny XO)

and Huerfano Valley Trailhead in attempt to hike Mt. Lindsey
