WOW - I left the country music scene for only a few months and got right back into it at the perfect time - for the CMA's. I'm glad I turned it on. Its been so classy with a lot of sophisticated style. It reminded me what a great awards show the music business could actually have. The performances were amazing - yes, there were songs sung, not just drama and skanky girls dancing around showing off their bodies as a sex symbol, but really talented artists that you could tell the music was flowing in their blood. The award winners have been thanking the fans all night long, but as a fan, I would like to thank them for the best music entertainment I've seen on TV in a long time.
PS - Josh Turner looked super hot singing Firecracker!!
